Sherry Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Fairbanks Sherry

  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp. simple syrup

  • 1 egg white

 
 

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until cold.

  2. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Enjoy!
