Sherry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

  • 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 4 eggs

  • 3/4 sup vegetable oil

  • 3/4 cup Fairbanks Sherry

  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

 
 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine all cake ingredients and beat for 5 to 8 minutes.

  3. Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  4. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out. Dust with powdered sugar before slicing and serving.
